Zero-Tolerance Policy for Intoxicating Substances

Capra & Executives LLC maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy prohibiting any chauffeur, driver, contractor, or representative from operating a transportation vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, illegal drugs, controlled substances, or any intoxicating substance.

In accordance with Texas law and Dallas Transportation-for-Hire Ordinance SEC. 47A-2.1.6, Capra & Executives LLC is committed to providing a safe, reliable, and professional executive transportation experience for every client.

All chauffeurs operating under Capra & Executives LLC are prohibited from:

• Operating a vehicle while impaired by alcohol, illegal drugs, controlled substances, or intoxicating substances.
• Consuming alcohol or intoxicating substances before or during scheduled transportation services.
• Using any substance, including certain prescription or over-the-counter medications, that may negatively affect their ability to safely operate a vehicle.

Any suspected violation of this policy will be reviewed immediately. A driver suspected of violating this Zero-Tolerance Policy may be removed from service, suspended pending investigation, and subject to disciplinary action, including termination of employment or contractor relationship.

Passengers who reasonably suspect that a Capra & Executives LLC driver is operating under the influence of an intoxicating substance are encouraged to report the concern immediately.
